A client who divides her time between Nepal and abroad approached us to transform her newly built but visually overwhelming home. Through thoughtful design interventions and minimal changes, we unified the space and created a calm, cohesive environment that truly reflects her lifestyle.
This project was commissioned by a client who divides her time between Nepal and abroad. She approached us after recently completing construction on her home, which, despite being newly built, felt visually overwhelming and disconnected from her personality and lifestyle.
One of the primary challenges was working with a newly finished floor that incorporated a wide mix of colors and materials. Since full demolition was not a practical option, our approach focused on thoughtful interventions that could unify the space while preserving the existing structure.
Through strategic planning and carefully considered design moves, we reimagined key areas of the home to enhance both visual harmony and everyday functionality. By refining the material palette, introducing balanced design elements, and improving spatial flow, we were able to transform the environment without major reconstruction.
The result is a cohesive and elevated living space one that feels calm, balanced, and truly reflective of the client’s identity. What was once overwhelming has been reshaped into a home that feels warm, intentional, and deeply personal.
